It is very central to everything and we were really only using the room to shower and sleep so it was good for us. It was also very clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly. They also easily accommodated our requested late check in time (due to taking a late flight) with no issues at all. Will stay here next time we are down.

We initially had issues with our room. The Staff and Management were all very understanding and issues resolved. The Manager found us another room.

I loved the location, it was great. The mall was across the road and the airport was in a good distance. The staff members were friendly and helped me arrange a taxi to the airport which I found Helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Invercargill. The view from my room was better then I thought, I stayed on the 4th floor over looking the airport, railway, and Kmart which I enjoyed seeing.

location, room and other facilities were all good. As we didn't eat breakfast at there, we cannot say about that. In addition, parking lot in the building was awesome to escape from the hot weather :)

Very central, within walking distance to shopping and eating venues or short taxi ride eg to Airport. Transfer to Stewart island shuttle just a few mins walk. Well equipped rooms and very comfortable beds. Excellent linen. Helpful Reception staff. Very clean. Fantastic value for money.

Very warm and comfortable, good value for money would definitely stay again. The pillows were so comfortable that i need to know where i can buy them!

Location is ideal, easy walking distance to all amenities. Secure garage parking available at a very reasonable small extra cost. There was no breakfast available as there is know chef. But the room facilities are good, so not a problem. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

A great location, great that I could hire a carpark. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable

Everything was good. We had to be at a function earlier than planned and the room was made ready for us at short notice. Excellent location and all staff very friendly. Very clean,nice linen etc.
